FAQ’s

  • We follow strict guidelines to make sure all of our diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict free. all of our diamonds follow the Kimberley process which is a certification used by organisations to track the conflict free origin of diamonds.

  • We are based between Farringdon station which is a TFL Rail line, and Chancery lane station which is on the central line.

  • Most of our jewellery is sourced from UK suppliers. Our bespoke pieces are made by our craftsmen based just off of Hatton Garden. Some of our pieces are sourced from other countries where necessary but are hand finished in the UK

  • This can vary depending on the specific piece and the customisation’s which are chosen. For a simple size and setting of a ring we allow up to 2 weeks. If it is a full bespoke piece of jewellery we allow up to 6 weeks.

  • We do not send items of jewellery via post. In-store collection would be required when purchasing a item of jewellery.

  • We accept most payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We have a 0% finance option available as well. We also take part exchanges if you are looking to upgrade.
